Biking at the park

Hi Bloggers Today I went biking at the park with my Mum & Dad. Mum was doing sprint training on the field. & I was just biking & watching Mum run & then Dad was the timer for Mums running.Have you been biking yet in the lockdown?

    Hi Ava,

    It was great weather to be outside biking and it sounds like you and your family have had fun. I have not been biking but I have been taking lots of walks around my neighbourhood. There is a park about 10 minutes walk from my house and there are often people there running. I haven't seen anyone biking there though.

    What fun things do you get up to when the weather is not as good?

    Hi Ava

    It is lovely to see that you and your family have been taking advantage of the warm weather while still staying safe in your bubble.

    I have not been biking but I tried skipping yesterday. I became very puffed very quickly and woke up this morning with very sore achilles tendons. I think I might be getting old.

    I do go for a walk with my wife every day. She is a fast walker because she has longer legs than me.
